To open the data window, click Setup → Options in the application menu and click the Bookings tab and then the Input tab:

Rates |
Application of the rate in a new reservation: This option is important if you work with seasons and how the rates must be interpreted if a reservation is overlapping more than 1 season. Choose 1 of these options: Apply the rate valid on check in (default) Split in multiple bookings for each different rate during the stay.

Expiry Date |
Default calculation of the expiry date of a booking (this value can be overwritten in a booking) |

Cancel when expired |
Indicator to cancel expired bookings by default (this value can be overwritten in a booking) |

Set Automatically |
Indicator whether or not an expiry date must be set in a new booking |

Third party mandatory |
Indicator whether or not a third party must be filled in when entering a new booking |

Limited Check in dates |
Indicator whether or not a limited number of check in dates are allowed. Select the allowed check in dates by clicking the corresponding days in the calendar. Click the date again to disallow check in. |

Rates – Labels for # Persons |
Label for the number of persons when setting up the rates. By default they are set to 1, 2, 3, 4, ....but they can be set to different values like ‘2A’ meaning 2 adults, or ‘2A+1C’ meaning 2 adults + 1 child, ... |

Guest – Country Mandatory |
Indicator whether or not a country must be filled in when entering a new guest. |
|
Third Party – Country Mandatory |
Indicator whether or not a country must be filled in when entering a new third party. |
